The Bean Counters, LLC

The Bean Counters, LLC was formed in 2007 by Rachel Kopfler and Bartley Jutze in order to provide tax, bookkeeping and controllership services to individuals and small businesses in the Greater Cincinnati area. Some of the services offered by The Bean Counters are as follows:

  • Controllership services for small businesses, including monthly financial statement preparation, filing of payroll tax returns, and preparation of partnership tax returns.
  • Tax return preparation for individuals.
  • Accounting services for small businesses that may employ a bookkeeper but may require the assistance of a CPA on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
  • Year-end accounting assistance and income tax return preparation for home-based or part-time businesses.

Both Rachel and Bartley are CPAs with managerial experience in Big Six public accounting. Together, they have over 25 years of experience serving clients of all sizes.
